Eric Roof was born in Southern California and still lives there with his wife Bridgette and daughter Autumn Rose. Eric has been gaming for 15 years, and in 2003 he turned his hobby into his career by starting Conquest Miniatures and working for Crocodile Games (makers of War Gods of Ægyptus). Conquest Miniatures produces 500 Nations, the finest Native American miniatures to date. Conquest Miniatures also plans to expand into non-Indian forces such as Rangers, British and French Regulars and Civilians as well.

Conquest Miniatures was founded on the idea that quality product and integrity are the basis for success and Eric has committed to releasing high quality miniatures for a fair price. Todd S. Harris (Conquest Miniatures, Crocodile Games, Reaper Miniatures) is the lead sculptor for Conquest Miniatures with Eric sculpting some of the smaller accessories.
